Supergoop! Loyalty Program

A loyalty program was briefed to the creative team to help expand Supergoop!’s e-commerce business. The task was to create a visual identity and design that would unite the program across site and CMS platforms. Since this was not a seasonal campaign, we had to come up with an evergreen look and feel since it would live indefinitely. Working with my design director, we were able to come up with a modular approach that leaned into our icons which kept the visuals uncluttered yet interesting.

The Loyalty program launched in August 2021.

I helped design and mockup 2 site pages (logged in and logged out, both desktop and mobile), and 5 different series of triggered emails (Tier and Redemption series are shown below). I also created a homepage banner to help advertise the program during our soft launch.
